Turbulence Training For Fat Loss Review

Hey all -

This is Forest Vance, MS, CPT, RKC and this is my review of the Turbulence Training For Fat Loss program. This isn't the official site; if that's what you're looking for, click here.

I want to give you an honest review of this product, so I'll be talking a little bit about both the good and the bad.  There's so much out there on the internet about the Turbulence Training program and I wanted to give my honest opinion and first-hand experience with it.

My first impression of the product was mixed; I think there are a couple of things that a lot of you guys might be concerned with, so I'll address those first:

The first is that the entire package is downloadable - no actual physical products are shipped. I personally like to have a physical product; on the other hand, you get the entire Turbulence Training package instantly, which is awesome. I know when I'm fired up about buying something, I want it right away! Really, this could be a positive or negative, depending on how you look at it.

The second thing I think some of you might be concerned with is that a lot of this info is already available for free on the internet - and you're wondering if it's really worth paying for.

In a way, this is true. But the awesome info in this package, and the professionalism that's been put into it, make it worth many times the cash. The way I look at it, you could spend dozens of hours compiling together everything that's in this package, and unless you're a trainer or fitness expert of some kind, not really know if it all fits together the right way; or, you could shell out a small amount of money, and literally have all the everything you need to lose fat, build muscle, and get to your fitness goals.

On to the positives:

To start, here are just a couple of actual testimonials - pulled directly from the TurbulenceTraining.com website:

"The single most effective fat loss training system in the world today. I've used it. I've studied it. It works faster and more effectively than any other method."

Alwyn Cosgrove, CSCS, Men's Health Training Adviser

"The weight is just falling off me this month. My wife says I now look like when we first met and I still have more to go. I can fit into my old jeans again which is a big deal for me. I just cut back on starches and bread and do your routine 2-3 times a week. I never thought in a million years that just 10-20 minutes of weight training followed by some cardio would get me such steady results. I even cheat a bit on the weekends."

Billy Williams

"After 3wks of that program, I could already see results and I liked how the workouts were fun, intense, and efficient. At 34, I'm leaner and stronger than I've ever been. Thanks Craig!"

Christine Johnston, Little Rock, AK

That's just a tiny amount of the positive feedback you'll find; check out the actual site if you're interested in seeing more:

All the info you need - and I mean all - is here for you if your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, and especially if you're pressed for time.  The workouts are designed for busy people like you.  They're very efficient - and use minimal equipment, which is great as well.  You can do most of these workouts with your own body weight, a pull up bar, a set of dumbells and a bench, and a stability ball.

Another great thing is that a lot of the 'fluff' is skipped; that is, there is research to back up everything that's being said, but it doesn't bore you to death with details.  There's just enough there to help you understand, and then he gets right to the workouts.

As a person who's been involved in the fitness business for the better half of the last decade, who has a Master's degree in Human Movement, has multiple nationally accredited training certifications and who actually has created fitness books and dvd's of my own, I can say this program is well worth the money and is awesome for people who want to get in shape, lose fat, don't have a lot of time, and want to do it with minimal equipment.

P.S.  This is a recent update - you can actually try the program out for 21 days risk-free - you just pay a $4.95 processing fee.  This is a great way to test the program out - if you don't like it, you can cancel before the 21 days are up, you won't be charged for the program, and you can even keep the free bonuses that come with the package.  Highly recommended option if you're 'on the fence'.  Here's the direct link for that particular offer:
